  • Hello, I'm Stephanie Cabrera, a certified breathwork facilitator, yoga teacher, and women's wellness coach passionate about unlocking human potential. My wellness journey started in 2017 when I stumbled upon the transformative power of breathwork during my yoga training in India. The practice's profound impact inspired me to delve deep into the world of wellness, driving me to obtain certifications in breathwork and yoga.

  • With six enriching years of teaching, I've guided numerous individuals to tune into their body's wisdom, get out of their heads, and unleash their full potential. Through my herbalism training, I've also learned how nature's bounty can be harnessed for wellness, integrating this knowledge into my holistic approach.

    I design my classes as a journey inward, fostering a sacred space where students can let go of the external world and cultivate deep interoception. My sequences are all about connecting breath and movement, infused with conscious breathing techniques to deepen the mind-body connection.

  • I believe in the innate power of the breath as a tool for self-exploration, healing, and well-being. My mission as a coach is to guide individuals to tap into this power, releasing emotional blockages and stagnant energy that may limit their potential.

  • Mindfulness forms the bedrock of my daily spiritual practice. Each day begins with a "gratitude tea," followed by a 20-minute breathwork meditation and a yoga session. Journaling and setting intentions for the day ahead complete my morning ritual, grounding me in peace and clarity.

    My spiritual practice also involves a 40-minute breathwork meditation and yoga, training the mind to focus and quieting the constant mental chatter. It's a practice that helps me cultivate inner peace, clarity, and mindfulness and reduce stress and anxiety.
