FAQs

What’s a good class to start with?

Our classes are designed to suit everybody’s needs - so it doesn’t matter if you’re a complete beginner or practice daily. Sound healing classes are more effortless, so they are great for first-timers. Breathwork classes are more invigorating and require some effort. Energy healing classes create profound shifts, so you should feel ready for it.

How do I book a class?

You can book classes up to four weeks in advance via our booking page. Choose the suitable class and click ‘book’. We cannot accept class bookings via phone or email, but we can take bookings in person at the studio.

What should I wear to the class?

We don’t have a dress code, but we recommend you wear something comfortable - one less distraction! Since we have a ‘no shoe’ policy in the studio, we also recommend you bring a warm, cosy pair of socks, if you like. Feel free to go barefoot too. We have some fluffy socks in our shop too.

Do I need to bring anything to the class?

Nope, just bring yourself!

Is there space to leave my belongings (coats, bags etc.)?

We have lockers with phone charging docks (just bring your USB cable), stowaways for your shoes, and hooks for your coats and jackets.

What will I sit on in the class?

In most classes, we recommend lying down. We have soft mats, bolsters, cushions, blankets and other props to offer comfort and support wherever your practice needs.

Can I do a class if I’m pregnant?

If you’re pregnant, the best classes are Re:Heal and Re:Sound Crystal Bowls. From time to time, we offer special pregnancy classes too. If you have any concerns, please email us at info@remindstudio.com.

How many people in the class?

We limit each class to just 15.

When should I arrive?

Classes start as promptly as possible, so we recommend arriving about 10 minutes before your class starts. We’d love for you to enjoy the space, have a cup of herbal tea, read a book from our little library, or browse our feel-good store whilst you wait.

What if I’m late?

We have a strict no-latecomers policy. So if you arrive after the studio door has shut and the class has started, we won’t be able to let you join the class. We want you to have the full experience. And we also don’t want to disturb others already in the class.

Where exactly is the studio?

We are just a short walk from Victoria Station. The studio entrance is on Eccleston Place, parallel to Ebury Street. There's space to lock up your bike in Eccleston Yards.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel your class booking up to 12 hours before the class. Any cancellations made within 12 hours will not be re-credited or refunded.

Please email us if you have any questions or queries.
