A deeply relaxing experience where participants will be guided through breathing exercises, gentle restorative poses and a meditation.

Yin Yoga

This is a slow paced style of yoga using props to assist, where poses are held for 3-5 minutes in order to reach the parasympathetic nervous system, open up our energetic pathways, strengthen our joints and connective tissue. Yin yoga teaches us how to foster perseverance in all areas of life.

Good For:

Working through discomfort on and off the mat.

Balanced and grounded.

Restorative Yoga

Comfort is key in a restorative practice, as it is a completely passive style of Yoga where you allow your body to simply sink down and receive. Props are used to support and ground you and poses are held for 3-10 minutes to offer a sense of deep, passive stretching.

Good For:

Switching off at the end of a long day, easing muscle aches and tension.

You'll Leave Feeling:

Totally relaxed, as though you are floating on a cloud.
