Calm with Steph
Steph is a qualified breathwork coach, yoga teacher and plant medicine enthusiast.
She is passionate about teaching people how to get out of their heads and tune into their body's wisdom through the power of the breath and movement.
During her practice she will take you on a soulful journey which encourages an inward focus and exploration of the body, mind and spirit, through the application of breathing techniques and somatic movements to also relieve stress, balance the body's energy and improve sleep.
Steph is dedicated to creating a nurturing and safe environment whilst taking an authentic and fun approach.
