We fully understand that there may be unpredictable circumstances, however to protect the experience of our customers, teachers and team we apply a strict cancellation and latecomers policy. Please note that there are no exceptions applied to these policies.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your booking up to 12 hours before the class starts. If you booked your class with credits, your credit will automatically revert back to your account.

Classes must be cancelled in the account section of our website. You can also email us on info@remindstudio.com mailto:info@remindstudio.com stating the name on your booking and the class you wish to cancel. Our team will not be able to process any cancellations in person or via the phone.

Cancellations within 12 hours of the start of the class are considered ‘late cancellations’. If you cancel your class within the 12 hour window you will lose your credit and the credit will not be refunded.

No-shows will incur a charge of £10 per session. This will be charged to the card that your pass payment is taken from. This applies to all series, class packs and memberships.

If a class is cancelled by Re:Mind Studio for any reason, we will notify you by email and revert your credit back to your account.

and Lateness Policy

You need to sign into a class a minimum of 5 minutes before the start time. Due to the small capacity of our classes we will open up your booking for clients on the waitlist or drop-ins. If someone takes your spot, your booking will be treated as a ‘late cancellation’.

Due to the nature of our classes, we close the studio door at the start of the class. If you arrive after the start time, you will not be able to attend the class and this will be treated as a ‘late cancellation’.

Please always make sure you have signed in with the team at the desk. If you are not signed it, it will be treated like a no-show and you will be charged a no-show fee of £10.

Late cancellations will not qualify for refunds.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds, extensions or exchanges are possible.

Should you become ill or injured a note from your medical professional must be provided and your case will be assessed on an individual basis.
